About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Lepaya. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing large enterprise clients and contributing to our overall success through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain key clients, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop solutions, and present proposals to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the enterprise software or services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and customer success principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
