YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:
As a Senior Client Success Strategist at FREENOW, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining robust relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Your strategic mindset and client-focused approach will be instrumental in driving the success of FREENOW across various markets. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional support and value through our services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your daily responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor to our major clients, thoroughly understanding their requirements, and steering them towards success. You will craft strategic solutions that guarantee client satisfaction while also identifying potential revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Your analytical abilities and attentive listening will contribute to continuous enhancements and innovations within FREENOW, while you advocate for client interests internally, promoting collaboration and shared success.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in customer success or a related field, demonstrating your expertise.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (C1) and German (C1), enriching your client interactions.
- A strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, adept at addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
- Ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships, prioritizing satisfaction and retention.
- Thrives in a dynamic customer success environment, adapting seamlessly to evolving priorities and client demands.
