Role Overview
We are in search of a passionate Customer Success Manager to become a vital part of our Dubai-based team.
In this role, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with our diverse clientele, spanning various industries and regions. Easygenerator offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for eLearning authoring, and we pride ourselves on fostering an environment that encourages creativity and impactful contributions.
Since the establishment of our customer success department in 2017, we have witnessed significant growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, collaborating closely with them to create and implement success strategies that align with their learning and development objectives. Your mission will be to enhance customer value throughout their journey, driving renewals, contract expansions, and customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a global work environment.
- Partner with esteemed brands to develop and execute success strategies that facilitate their learning ambitions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support their business outcomes.
- Evaluate account health metrics and proactively implement strategies to enhance customer retention.
- Identify potential challenges with key accounts and collaborate with customer leadership to address them.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience. A minimum of 2 years in Customer Success or related account management roles.
- Exceptional communication skills. Proficient in both English and German, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Commercial acumen. A strong desire to negotiate favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Customer-focused. A knack for uncovering underlying needs and a commitment to ensuring customer success.
- Interest in HR technology is a plus. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the field.
