Lead Customer Success Strategist

Your Responsibilities
NEW CLIENTS: You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our proprietary software, Remdash. By effectively presenting our solution and engaging in cross-selling and upselling, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: You will manage the onboarding process for new clients and assist in tailoring the setup to meet their specific needs. You will keep clients informed about new features, monitor their success, and help them enhance their performance.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will address all inquiries and issues related to Remdash. You will nurture client relationships by responding promptly and reliably, always providing the right solutions.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: You will assess customer needs and feedback, serving as a liaison to our consulting and tech teams. Your insights will contribute to the continuous improvement of Remazing and Remdash solutions.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION: You will evaluate current processes and enhance existing workflows within Client Success Management, ensuring improved collaboration with clients and sustained satisfaction.
Your Profile
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: You hold a degree in economics, business informatics, or a related field. You also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or account management within the B2B SaaS sector.
TEAM LEADERSHIP: Ideally, you are interested in progressing into a team lead role, where you can guide and develop our Customer Success Team.
SOLUTION-ORIENTED MINDSET: You approach challenges as opportunities and remain motivated to expand your knowledge, even in a fast-paced, agile environment.
ANALYTICAL THINKING: You possess strong analytical skills and technical understanding. You are data-driven, maintain composure in stressful situations, and consistently prioritize customer-centric solutions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: You communicate excellently in German and can articulate complex issues clearly. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
