Your Role: Total Experience Solution Strategist
As a Total Experience Solution Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the digital user experience for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product management initiatives for Total Experience solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
- Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for our Total Experience offerings, targeting key customer segments and driving adoption.
- Act as an internal advocate for Total Experience, promoting its value proposition across the organization and fostering a culture of customer-centricity.
- Position Total Experience as a compelling solution for digital campaigns, engaging with clients and stakeholders to demonstrate its benefits.
- Represent diva-e in industry events and pitches, showcasing our expertise in CX and Total Experience and establishing us as a market leader.
- Conduct thorough market trend analysis and leverage insights to optimize our portfolio of Total Experience solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Management teams to develop compelling offers and presentations that resonate with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital product and service development, with a strong understanding of customer-centric design principles.
- A passion for thought leadership in the field of Customer Experience (CX) and Total Experience (TX).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- International work experience is highly desirable.
