Customer Relationship Management Expert

We are seeking a CRM Operations SpecialistYour responsibilities will include:
  • Formulating and implementing CRM initiatives to align with sales goals and enhance customer lifetime value throughout various stages of the customer journey (e.g., lead generation, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, retention).
  • Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and service departments to identify, define, and fulfill new business needs.
  • Identifying pertinent customer information and continuously refining the customer database for effective segmentation and tailored communication, while adhering to GDPR standards.
  • Evaluating CRM campaign performance metrics to extract strategic insights for optimizing CRM approaches.
  • Managing multi-channel campaigns for customer acquisition (conquest activities) and ensuring uniform brand experiences across all interaction points to cultivate customer loyalty.
  • Supervising lead nurturing and establishing lead management processes from conception to execution, including defining KPIs and monitoring outcomes.
  • Directing customer data management initiatives, including database segmentation and enhancing data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Reporting critical lead management outcomes up to the sales conversion rate and driving data cleansing initiatives as necessary.
  • Collaborating with external partners to provide high-quality services that meet company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related business field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM management and lead generation within a dynamic setting, such as consultancy, start-up, or agency.
  • Proficiency in sales and service management utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  • Comprehension of sales processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented mindset, and a collaborative team player.
  • Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills.
