Position Overview: CRM Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Specialist to enhance our customer relationship management efforts at Hyundai. This role is pivotal in developing strategies that align with our sales goals and improve customer lifetime value throughout various stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement CRM strategies that support sales objectives and enhance customer lifetime value across different lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service departments to identify, define, and fulfill new business requirements.
  • Identify and manage customer data, continuously refining the customer database for effective segmentation and personalized outreach, while adhering to GDPR compliance.
  • Analyze performance metrics from CRM campaigns to extract strategic insights that will refine CRM initiatives.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaign management for customer acquisition, ensuring consistent brand experiences across all interaction points to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Manage lead nurturing processes, from conceptualization to execution, including defining KPIs and monitoring outcomes.
  • Lead customer data management initiatives, focusing on database segmentation and enhancing data quality within Salesforce.
  • Report on key lead management outcomes, including sales conversion rates, and initiate data cleansing projects as necessary.
  • Work with external partners to deliver high-quality services that meet company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related business field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in CRM management and lead generation within a dynamic setting, such as consultancy, startups, or agencies.
  • Proficient in sales and service management utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented mindset, and a collaborative team player.
  • Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills.
