We are seeking a CRM Operations SpecialistYour Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement CRM strategies aimed at achieving sales goals and enhancing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) throughout various customer journey phases, including lead acquisition, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and service departments to identify, define, and fulfill new business requirements.
  • Pinpoint essential customer data and consistently enhance the customer database for effective segmentation and tailored communication, ensuring adherence to GDPR regulations.
  • Evaluate CRM campaign performance metrics to extract strategic insights for refining CRM initiatives.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns for new customer acquisition, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints to promote loyalty.
  • Oversee lead nurturing processes and develop lead management frameworks from conception to execution, including defining KPIs and monitoring outcomes.
  • Direct customer data management activities, focusing on database segmentation and improving data quality within Salesforce.
  • Report critical lead management outcomes, including sales conversion rates, and drive data cleansing initiatives as necessary.
  • Collaborate with external partners to provide high-quality services that meet company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related business field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of pertinent professional experience in CRM management and lead generation within a dynamic setting, such as consultancy, start-up, or agency.
  • Proficient in sales and service management utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  • Comprehension of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional presentation skills.
