The Mercedes-Benz Group stands as a leader in the automotive sector, recognized for its excellence in premium passenger vehicles. As the industry evolves, particularly through digital transformation, our IT4SC department plays a pivotal role in enhancing logistics processes across various plants.

Key Responsibilities

As a working student focused on data analysis, you will:

  • Conduct comparative assessments of tools for analyzing user behavior within logistics IT applications.
  • Gather and articulate requirements for software improvements.
  • Establish a data foundation to evaluate the benefits of AI solutions, including chatbots.
  • Apply research findings to practical applications.
  • Analyze practical experiences and compile comprehensive reports.
  • Independently manage tasks with a focus on quality implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with an international team to enhance logistics and IT processes.
Qualifications

Professional Background:

  • Pursuing a degree in IT-related fields such as data engineering, computer science, or human-computer interaction.
  • Strong interest in data analysis and software development.
  • Familiarity with user-centered software development methodologies, including user behavior evaluation and requirements engineering.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like SCRUM or SAFe is advantageous.
