Team: CAP Team Technical Tool Owner IT4SC Global Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new product team members, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for team members regarding product-related systems, providing essential support and guidance.
  • Facilitate the organization of meetings across various departments, including preparing presentations and documenting discussions.
  • Utilize advanced software tools such as SAP FIORI, MS SharePoint, and SAP Solution Manager to support the operational PMO.
  • Enhance internal product communication by maintaining up-to-date organizational charts and role assignments.
  • Collaborate with business units to foster effective communication between IT and operational teams, emphasizing teamwork as a core competency.
  • Engage with a diverse, international team, contributing to internal communications and leveraging strong English language skills.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Business Informatics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
  • Demonstrated commitment and motivation to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective self-management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
