About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our IT4SC department at Mercedes-Benz AG. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behavior of our software products and deriving improvements for individual applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compare and evaluate various tools for analyzing user behavior and their evaluation for applications of internal IT in the field of logistics
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and users
  • Create a data basis to analyze the added value of AI solutions such as chatbots
  • Apply research findings in a practical application
  • Evaluate the practical experience gained and summarize the results
  • Work independently and autonomously on complex tasks and applications
Requirements
  • Degree in the field of IT, e.g. data engineering, computer science, human-computer interaction or a comparable course of study
  • Affinity for data analysis, implementations and software development
  • Great interest in methods of user-centered software development, such as evaluation of user behavior and requirements engineering
  • Knowledge of agile working methods such as SCRUM or SAFe is desirable
