Our IT4SC division is dedicated to enhancing global, in-plant, and cross-plant logistics processes to ensure efficient product supply. To foster innovation and advance digitalization, understanding user behavior regarding our software products is crucial.

Your Responsibilities

As a student specializing in IT disciplines such as data engineering, computer science, or human-computer interaction, you will:

  • Analyze and compare various tools for assessing user behavior and their applicability in internal IT logistics.
  • Gather and define requirements for software enhancements.
  • Create a foundational dataset to evaluate the benefits of AI solutions, including chatbots.
  • Apply research findings in practical scenarios.
  • Assess practical experiences and compile results.
  • Independently manage tasks and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with an international team to develop and refine logistics and IT processes.
Qualifications

Professional Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT-related fields such as data engineering, computer science, or human-computer interaction.
  • Strong interest in data analysis, software development, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with user-centered software development methodologies, including user behavior evaluation and requirements engineering.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies like SCRUM or SAFe is advantageous.

  • Ability to work autonomously on complex tasks.
  • Passionate about innovation and receptive to new technologies.
  • Proficient in learning diverse tools, platforms, and frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, with a confident and goal-oriented demeanor.
