Department: Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities:
- Intranet Site Management: You will oversee the enhancement and updating of the social intranet site, ensuring that all content is current and relevant while improving user experience.
- Committee Documentation: Your role will involve preparing essential documents for management meetings, aiding in effective decision-making through thorough research and analysis.
- Controlling Support: As a Business Partner, you will facilitate communication with the Controlling department, providing analyses and reports that contribute to the company's financial performance.
- Process Evaluation: You will assess existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing optimizations.
- Data Analytics: Your tasks will include conducting data analyses and creating dashboards in Power BI, focusing on cost-related topics and operational data.
- Organizational Support: Within the SC/WTL area, you will assist in various organizational tasks, supporting management in the logistics of load carriers.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- Prior experience in logistics or controlling is advantageous.
- High motivation, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
