Opportunity Overview: Senior Account Executive, Biosurgery - Eastern Germany

A prominent organization in the biosurgery field is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Account Executive to oversee the Eastern Germany territory. This role involves representing an innovative product range developed through extensive collaboration with surgical professionals, ensuring exceptional value and tailored experiences for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales efforts for the product range within designated healthcare facilities in the assigned territory.
  • Engage in in-depth discussions with surgical teams, pharmacists, and procurement specialists to highlight the advantages of the products in relevant surgical applications.
  • Demonstrate experience in operating room environments and be prepared to provide customer support and training as needed.
  • Possess a solid understanding of both medical and economic factors influencing the market.
  • Effectively deliver product presentations in clinical settings and at scientific conferences.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on the product offerings for medical professionals.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to set and achieve individual objectives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Proactively share market insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends with team members and leadership.
  • Create comprehensive key account strategies to enhance and solidify client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Pharmaceutical Representative or equivalent expertise.
  • A background in natural sciences is beneficial.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a field-based role.
  • Familiarity with the clinical market landscape.
  • Regular participation in operating room visits as part of the role.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong commitment to achieving objectives through focused execution.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor, with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Highly driven, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, particularly in active listening.
  • A determined individual with a strong desire for success.
