About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Wolt. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success and growth with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Portfolio Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of restaurant partners, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success and growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as a key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners, working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Fluent German and English Skills: Possess excellent language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.
  • 2+ Years of Experience: Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer support, or marketing roles.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.
