We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Wolt. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success and growth with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Portfolio Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of restaurant partners, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success and growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to drive growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a key communicator between our operations and restaurant partners, working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
