Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large-scale customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategy and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the enterprise software or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale customer relationships and driving business growth.
