About the Role

At Amazon, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. With over 300 million customers engaging with our platform, we are committed to enhancing our services for third-party sellers.

We are currently seeking a Strategic Account & Program Manager to join our team, focusing on our FBA Zero Waste initiative. This role is crucial in identifying innovative solutions for our Selling Partners and improving their experience with our Fulfillment Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a comprehensive project management framework and monitor progress through regular business meetings.
  • Oversee a team of Account Managers to ensure swift execution and scalability of initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses using internal data and gather insights from Selling Partners to address challenges and design effective solutions.
  • Manage the pilot phase of solutions, serving as the primary point of contact for feedback and adjustments.
  • Facilitate the scaling of prioritized solutions and develop training materials for stakeholders.
  • Assist senior leadership in budget preparation and forecasting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proven experience in nurturing customer relationships and expanding their understanding of business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Several years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within technology or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
  • Extensive experience in product or program management.
  • Experience in B2B sales with a focus on acquiring new business.
