Exciting Career Opportunity: Senior Account Executive, Biosurgery - Eastern Germany

A prominent organization in the biosurgery field is actively looking for a dedicated Senior Account Executive for the Eastern Germany region. This company has launched an innovative product range that showcases extensive collaboration with surgical professionals, providing exceptional value and a customized experience designed to fulfill the specific requirements of surgeons. The regions covered in Eastern Germany include major areas such as Berlin, Saxony, Brandenburg, and portions of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive targeted sales initiatives for the product portfolio within designated healthcare facilities in the assigned territory.
  • Engage in scientific dialogues with surgical teams, pharmacists, and procurement officers to articulate the advantages of the products in relevant surgical applications.
  • Possess experience in operating rooms (OR) and readiness to perform customer support and training visits.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of both medical and economic landscapes.
  • Skilled in delivering product presentations in healthcare settings and at scientific conferences.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions on the product portfolio for healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to set individual objectives that align with corporate goals.
  • Actively share market insights, customer feedback, and trends with colleagues and management.
  • Create comprehensive key account strategies to foster and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Pharmaceutical Representative or equivalent expertise.
  • A background in natural sciences is beneficial.
  • At least 2 years of relevant field experience.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market, particularly in clinical settings.
  • Regular participation in OR visits as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using PC applications and CRM software.
  • Strong commitment to task-oriented execution.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor with analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about embracing new challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially in active listening.
  • A determined personality with a strong drive for success.
