Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large-scale customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, forecasting, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams, sharing expertise and best practices to drive sales performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Manager, Account Executive, or Consultant role, preferably in the sales of transformation programs to large Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong sales mindset, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured work approach, ideally demonstrated through previous experience in project management.
  • Proven affinity with the learning and development landscape.
  • Experience in selling software solutions/platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, learn fast, and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets, forecasting, and strategic objectives.
  • Fluent in German and English.
