Sales and Investor Relations Manager

Join the AXA IM PRIME Business Unit as a key player in driving our growth in the German market.

Role Overview:

  • Enhance and grow third-party Assets under Management (AuM) in Germany while establishing connections with new clients, including pension funds, insurers, banks, endowments, and family offices.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our services.
  • Prioritize product pipeline to align with client requirements and facilitate fund launches.
  • Conduct client mapping and identify priority targets for engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with other sales teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional after-sales support and service delivery to our investors.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management and the product development team.
  • Maintain client relationships in our CRM system alongside a pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with portfolio management, structuring, product development, tax, and legal teams.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance processes throughout all operations.
  • Market strategies will encompass both pooled funds and customized dedicated mandates.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the financial services sector and asset management.
  • Demonstrated success in raising capital for an Alternative Investment firm.
  • Strong comprehension of financial markets and compliance issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools that support the sales process.
  • Participation in asset management working groups is advantageous.
  • Established network with institutional investors.
  • Ability to design sales processes and pinpoint business opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of private assets.
  • Interest in anticipating trends in the investment management landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to excel in a start-up environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
