Join the AXA IM PRIME Business Unit as a pivotal member of our team.
Position Overview:
- Drive and enhance third-party Assets under Management (AuM) in Germany while establishing connections with new clients such as pension funds, insurers, banks, endowments, and family offices.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor product offerings.
- Prioritize product pipeline to align with client requirements and fund launch strategies.
- Conduct client mapping and establish target client priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with other sales teams to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales support and service for investors.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management and the product development team.
- Maintain client relationships in CRM systems alongside a pipeline of new business prospects.
- Collaborate with portfolio management, structuring, product development, tax, and legal teams.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance processes.
- Market strategies encompass both pooled funds and customized dedicated mandates.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the financial services sector and asset management.
- Demonstrated success in raising capital for an Alternative Investment firm.
- Strong grasp of financial markets and compliance issues.
- Familiarity with CRM software that supports the sales process.
- Participation in asset management working groups is advantageous.
- Established network with institutional investors.
- Capability to design sales processes and pinpoint business opportunities.
- In-depth understanding of private assets.
- Interest in forecasting future trends in the investment management sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
