About the Role:

At Warner Bros. International Television Production Deutschland GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining all computers, servers, and storage systems, as well as access authorizations and IP telephony.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level support to employees regarding IT issues
  • Administer user accounts for various systems
  • Maintain network and VoIP systems
  • Coordinate employee workspace relocations, setting up workspaces with appropriate hardware and handling troubleshooting as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with installing IT hardware, software, user help desk, and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and Mac OS operating systems, as well as Active Directory administration
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Fluent German (C1 and higher) and good English language skills (B1 and higher)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
