Revenue Recovery Specialist

We are in search of a skilled and proactive Revenue Recovery Specialist (all genders) to spearhead our initiatives in exploring new markets while optimizing profitability in our current operations. This position is crucial in overseeing our comprehensive fine recovery process, which encompasses data gathering, assessment of procedural modifications, and financial optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Fine Recovery Management: Direct the complete fine recovery process, guaranteeing effective data gathering, assessing procedural changes, and improving financial performance.
- Data Governance: Establish workflows to ensure the efficient and lawful acquisition of vehicle owner information, complying with EU regulations and data protection standards.
- Payment Process Adaptation: Comprehend and modify processes to align with international payment trends.
- Performance Analysis: Define, evaluate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs), executing ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- Operational Enhancements: Create and perpetually refine processes to optimize all operational recovery activities.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline operations and improve the customer journey.
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in collections, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking capabilities with a practical approach to problem resolution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Data Orientation: Proven ability to implement process-specific KPIs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
