Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our core team. The ideal candidate will excel in a startup environment, prioritize tasks independently, and be adept at calculated risk-taking. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving business development and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and self-sourced leads
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders to assess business needs and opportunities
  • Closing new business and install base sales at or above quota on a monthly cadence
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy and leverage new features and products
  • Run online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase our AI solutions
  • Respond to legal, security, and procurement questionnaires and RFPs
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to address complex contract requirements for corporate customers
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in a SaaS software company
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in complex selling environments and presenting to C-level executives
  • Management of monthly and annual pipeline, with a proven track record of accuracy in forecasting
  • Goal-oriented with a history of overachieving on monthly and annual targets
  • Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to assess customer needs and build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about all aspects of the software development lifecycle
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions
