Debt Recovery Specialist

We are on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Collection Analyst (all genders) to spearhead our efforts in exploring new markets and enhancing profitability in existing ones. This position is crucial for overseeing our comprehensive fine collection operations, which encompass data gathering, assessment of procedural modifications, and financial optimization.

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Collection Management: Direct the complete fine collection workflow, ensuring effective data acquisition, assessing process adjustments, and improving financial outcomes.
  • Owner Information: Establish procedures to guarantee the efficient and lawful acquisition of vehicle owner information, in compliance with EU regulations and data protection standards.
  • Payment Adaptation: Grasp and modify processes to align with international payment trends.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, evaluate, and track KPIs, implementing ongoing enhancement initiatives.
  • Process Enhancements: Create and continuously improve methodologies to optimize all operational collection functions.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and elevate the customer experience.

  • Experience: Demonstrated background in collections, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities with a practical approach to problem resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Data Orientation: Proven capability to implement process-specific KPIs.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-Making: Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is highly advantageous.
