- Order Monitoring: Collaborate closely with order teams to oversee ongoing projects, ensuring the prompt generation and distribution of client invoices in accordance with established billing agreements.
- Contract Oversight: Manage and track customer contracts, including any modifications or extensions, and assess their implications on invoicing and cash flow.
- Fee Management: Administer adjustments, write-offs, and transfers, ensuring compliance with audit and approval protocols related to advances and retainers.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact, proactively engaging with management and order teams to address inquiries and concerns regarding receivables and ongoing projects, thereby facilitating accurate invoicing and cash collection.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire order-to-payment value chain through proactive collaboration with colleagues, encompassing customer interaction, contract evaluation, invoicing, and revenue realization.
- Working Capital Management: Engage in initiatives aimed at improving processes within the Working Capital Management domain, introducing optimized tools and methodologies.
- A degree in business administration or equivalent training.
- Prior experience in finance or accounting is preferred, particularly within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the capability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
