Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at WeWork. As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in multiple WeWork buildings by securing new sales and renewals of co-working offices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Manage sales cycles for offices with new and renewing members, generate new sales pipelines, and collaborate with Leasing Directors on larger asset sales.
- Content Expertise: Understand assigned buildings and local sub-markets, WeWork's physical spaces, and build relationships with members and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of direct sales experience.
- Local market knowledge and residence preferred.
- Ability to learn and use data systems for reporting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce a plus.
- Proficient in German & English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and resilience.
