Strategic Sales Executive

Are you driven by a commitment to sustainability and excellence in property management? Predium is on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives and enhance client acquisition. You will work in tandem with our Product and Customer Success teams to influence the evolution of our cutting-edge solutions. Your contributions will not only boost sales but also play a crucial role in product innovation.
Your Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with influential decision-makers and execute targeted strategies to attract new clientele.
- Present potential clients with engaging presentations and demonstrations, guiding them seamlessly through the sales journey.
- Spot and leverage growth opportunities within our market approach while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with Product and Customer Success teams to integrate client feedback into product improvements.
- Possess 4-5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS or real estate industry.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a history of surpassing sales objectives.
- Results-driven with a dedication to fostering enduring client relationships.
- Fluent in German, both in writing and speaking.
