About the Role

At Workday GmbH (Euro), our Sales Executives play a crucial role in driving new customer growth and revenue expansion. As a key member of our Field Sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and close key opportunities in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and marketing, to ensure strategic alignment and effective sales execution.
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects, highlighting the value proposition and differentiators.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cloud business application sales, leading complex sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Experience in selling to C-level executives in a strong team selling environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory.

Other Qualifications

  • A proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry, staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions within accounts.
