Regional Sales Leader

Company Overview: Join a leading global producer in the food ingredients sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead the growth of our food ingredients sales across the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets. This role is primarily home office based.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate a proven history of successful sales within the DACH region.
- Leverage experience with various food components such as flavors, colors, extracts, and powders.
- Work remotely while effectively managing sales operations.
- Fluency in English and German is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in the food ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding and proven track record in marketing and sales to multinational corporations.
- Exceptional sales acumen, coupled with strong business and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
Educational Background: A degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, MBA, or a related field is preferred.
