About Multireisen Deutschland

Multireisen Booking Engine serves as the headquarters for the largest international B2B travel consolidator in Germany. Since 2003, we have collected valuable insights from travel agents, tour operators, and travel management companies worldwide, enabling us to create a highly user-friendly and multifunctional online booking platform tailored to diverse business needs. By integrating a vast array of suppliers, we guarantee our clients access to the most competitive rates for all travel services. To date, we have incorporated over 650 suppliers, covering flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers, tour packages, cruises, trains, buses, activities, and we are eager to expand our travel inventory further.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Evaluate market conditions, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs to formulate effective business strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify and engage new clients through strategic networking, in-person meetings, and relationship cultivation.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.

Requirements

Experience:

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a background in bed banks, travel consolidators, or similar sectors.

Demonstrated success in business development and sales.

Skills:

In-depth understanding of the travel industry and its evolving market dynamics.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Proficiency in CRM systems.

Language:

Native proficiency in the regional language.

Fluency in both written and spoken English.
