Role Overview: We are in search of a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and propelling AUCTA towards its next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive at AUCTA, your primary duties will include:

  • Identifying and nurturing potential leads to establish strong customer relationships early in the sales process.
  • Contributing to the sustainability of AUCTA's sales and growth strategies.
  • Playing a crucial role in our transition from a startup to a larger enterprise.
  • Testing, assessing, and refining sales strategies and channels.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant B2B or Enterprise Sales experience (preferably over 2 years).
  • Proficiency in German and basic business English.
  • A proactive approach focused on achieving measurable results.
  • A highly motivated and engaged demeanor.
