This role is designed for remote work and requires the candidate to be a native speaker, ideally with a proven track record in business development within the travel field.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Insights:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business prospects and stay informed about industry trends.
Evaluate market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to formulate effective business strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and engage new clients through strategic networking, in-person meetings, and relationship cultivation.
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Sales & Revenue Enhancement:
Execute sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue objectives.
Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
QualificationsExperience:
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the travel industry, ideally with a background in bed banks, travel consolidators, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success in business development and sales.
