On-Site Technical Support for VIP Clients

We are in search of a committed and proactive individual to fill the role of On-Site VIP Support Specialist. The selected candidate will operate directly at the client's location, delivering outstanding technical support and assistance to VIP individuals in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for VIP clients' Wi-Fi connectivity challenges, ensuring uninterrupted internet access.
- Assist in resolving issues related to meeting room technology, including projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
- Provide guidance for accessing the local network, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
- Support VIP users in effectively navigating and utilizing Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of networking principles and experience in troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Technical expertise in resolving meeting room technology problems and familiarity with audiovisual equipment.
- Experience in audio-visual and meeting room configuration and support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve access issues related to local networks and permissions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Familiarity with Windows and Apple PCs, as well as Android and iOS devices.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service, particularly when assisting VIP clientele.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Language proficiency: fluent in Italian and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar on-site support capacity is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications in networking or IT support are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence at the client's location.
- The candidate must be available during VIP working hours and prepared to provide immediate assistance as needed.
