We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an On-Site VIP Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll work directly with our clients' VIP individuals, providing exceptional technical assistance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for VIP individuals' Wi-Fi connectivity issues, ensuring uninterrupted internet access.
- Assist with resolving problems related to meeting room appliances, including projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
- Offer guidance and support for accessing the local network, guaranteeing secure and efficient connectivity.
- Aid VIP users in navigating and utilizing Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications effectively.
Requirements:
- Proficient understanding of networking concepts and experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Strong technical skills in resolving meeting room appliance issues and familiarity with audiovisual equipment.
- Audio video and meeting room configuration and support experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve access issues related to local networks and permissions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Proficiency in Windows/apple PC's and Android/IOS devices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service, especially when dealing with VIP clientele.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar on-site support role is highly advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in networking or IT support would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence at the customer's location in Braunschweig, Germany.
- The candidate must be available during VIP working hours and ready to provide immediate assistance when required.
