Axiom Technologies is a leading provider of IT services, catering to medium and large enterprises. We are currently in search of a committed and proactive individual to fill the role of an On-Site VIP Support Specialist. This position involves working directly at the client's location, delivering outstanding technical support to VIP clientele in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for VIP clients' Wi-Fi connectivity challenges, ensuring uninterrupted internet access.
  • Resolve issues related to meeting room technology, including projectors, screens, and conference call systems.
  • Provide guidance for accessing the local network, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
  • Assist VIP users in effectively navigating and utilizing Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of networking principles and experience in troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Technical expertise in resolving issues with meeting room technology and familiarity with audiovisual equipment.
  • Experience in audio-visual setup and meeting room support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot access issues related to local networks and permissions.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Apple PCs, as well as Android and iOS devices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service, particularly when interacting with VIP clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar on-site support capacity is highly desirable.
  • Relevant certifications in networking or IT support are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence at the client's location.
  • The candidate must be available during VIP working hours and prepared to provide immediate assistance as needed.
