We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions that effectively address client requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and exceptional support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
  • Offer Development: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the logistics industry, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics sector, particularly in ocean, air, and rail transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory.
