Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Telecom Power Solutions management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with country heads and managers within the Telecom business line to drive commercial growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain reports, presentation materials, and documentation to support management's needs and inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the implementation of changes in sales-related processes to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitor information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide data and insights for monthly reviews to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist with business administrative tasks and provide support to the management team as needed.

Requirements

  • Commercial education with specialist training or a bachelor's degree in business administration or electrical engineering.
  • First professional experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with computer tools, including MS-Office.
  • The ability to create engaging presentations and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • A strong understanding of technology processes and technical documentation, as well as an analytical mindset.
  • An independent and highly driven personality who is passionate about developing and contributing own ideas.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
