- You will organize and execute daily office responsibilities, including managing travel expense reports and overall office organization
- You will request quotes, liaise with service providers, and procure office supplies
- You will oversee company accounts and assist in accounting preparations
- You will manage general correspondence and provide support to external visitors
- You will coordinate appointments, arrange travel, and facilitate team meetings
- You will assist in internal and external events, as well as in recruitment and candidate communication
- You possess a qualification in Office Management or a related field (e.g., Bachelor's degree)
- You have completed relevant internships or have gained initial professional experience
- You present yourself in a friendly and persuasive manner and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- You are a collaborative team member and exhibit a high level of initiative
- You have foundational knowledge in commercial practices (accounting) and proficient IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You possess excellent English language proficiency in both written and spoken forms
