Role Overview:

As a Back Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our business partners, clients, and service providers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing daily operations such as processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, providing comprehensive support via written, personal, and telephone communication, and coordinating various inquiries within the back office.
  • Overseeing our external service providers, including maintenance staff, technicians, and cleaning teams, while managing the procurement process to ensure essential supplies are always available.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, including booking flights, train tickets, hotels, and car rentals, while also showcasing your organizational skills at company events.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in commercial education or relevant experience in similar roles, such as in hospitality, healthcare, or administrative support.
  • A positive and cheerful demeanor, bringing fresh ideas and energy to our team.
  • A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement within the office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality, especially in high-pressure situations.
