YOUR ROLE

As a proactive and skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations for our leadership team. Your ability to anticipate needs will allow you to tackle challenges before they arise.

You will manage the schedules of our Partners, prioritizing appointments and engagements with a keen sense of urgency and relevance. Your role will involve coordinating essential processes to guarantee that our consultants are equipped to meet client demands effectively. This includes organizing travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and maintaining oversight of project timelines and budgets.

While our consultants engage with clients, your primary workspace will be within our collaborative office environment, where you will interact with a diverse group of talented professionals. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will actively contribute to the office culture and support your colleagues across various functions.

YOUR SKILLS
  • You excel in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in a dynamic service-oriented setting. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure are key strengths.
  • You possess the capability to manage travel logistics from start to finish, demonstrating foresight and initiative.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • You bring experience in supporting executives or in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to respond swiftly and communicate effectively.
  • Your organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple responsibilities with exceptional time management.
  • You are resourceful in providing creative solutions while upholding a high standard of service that positively influences client interactions.
  • Your intellectual curiosity drives you to think innovatively while keeping the broader objectives in focus.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
TEAM COLLABORATION

You will collaborate closely with a network of assistants under the guidance of an Office Manager. Your primary focus will be on supporting two Partners, while also engaging with their teams. Teamwork is vital, especially during busy periods, fostering a supportive atmosphere is paramount.
