YOUR ROLE

In the capacity of Sales Manager, you will engage with forward-thinking topics such as CO2 reduction technologies, enhancing resource efficiency, and promoting sustainable practices. As a vital member of our technological sales team, you will oversee international sales projects in the steelmaking sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting technical solutions, products, and services tailored to client needs
  • Proactively seeking and acquiring new customers
  • Introducing innovative products to the market and communicating market demands to the global management team
  • Conducting thorough market research to uncover potential opportunities beyond our existing business
  • Engaging with current clients across various regions
  • Facilitating effective communication among diverse regions
  • Negotiating and managing contractual agreements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should possess a master's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification with a focus on metallurgy. We seek individuals with the following proven skills:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales and metallurgical plant construction
  • A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Experience in leading international teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including demonstration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient business-level English
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and a proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25%)
