POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about engaging with forward-thinking initiatives such as CO2 reduction technologies, enhancing resource efficiency, and promoting sustainable practices? As a Sales Manager, you will be integral to our technological sales division, playing a vital role in managing international sales projects within the steelmaking sector. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting technical solutions, products, and services
- Proactively pursuing new client relationships
- Introducing innovative products to the market and communicating market demands to the global management team
- Conducting comprehensive market research and pinpointing opportunities beyond our existing operations
- Engaging with current clients across various regions
- Facilitating effective communication among all regions
- Negotiating and overseeing contracts
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess a master's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification with a focus on metallurgy. We are particularly interested in individuals who demonstrate the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales and metallurgical plant construction
- A strong customer-centric approach
- Experience in leading international teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstration, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficient business-level English skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a high degree of independence and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25%)
