Automotive Sales and Key Account Executive

As a Sales and Key Account Manager within our High Performance Polymers division, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for low carbon footprint biobased and recycled materials within the automotive sector.
Your Sales Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic sales framework (volume and pricing/margin) aimed at fostering growth in the region, particularly with key accounts and OEMs.
- Engage in negotiations for commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with global account teams to synchronize activities.
- Assess customer demand and oversee sales operations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships across various levels and functions within customer/OEM organizations.
- Advocate for products and applications, while identifying potential customers and partners in the designated segment/region.
- Represent Arkema at industry trade exhibitions.
- Contribute to publications, deliver presentations, and participate in conferences.
- Evaluate the value chain, competitive landscape, and market trends within the region.
- Engage in standard committees and influence material specifications for standard assessments as required.
- Utilize company tools (CRM, SAP, etc.) to manage and report on sales activities.
- Over 5 years of experience in polymer sales, ideally within the automotive field.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
- Proficient in German and English; knowledge of French or Eastern European languages (e.g., Polish) is advantageous.
- Capable of analyzing, synthesizing, organizing, prioritizing, and innovating.
