YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Manager, you will engage with forward-thinking initiatives such as CO2-reduction technologies, enhancing resource efficiency, and promoting sustainable practices. You will be an integral member of our technical sales team, responsible for guiding international sales projects in steelmaking. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting technical solutions, products, and services
  • Proactively seeking new customer opportunities
  • Introducing new products to the market and communicating market demands to the global management
  • Performing market research and uncovering potential beyond existing operations
  • Engaging with current clients across various regions
  • Facilitating effective communication among different regions
  • Negotiating and overseeing contracts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should possess a master's degree in engineering or a similar qualification with a focus on metallurgy. We seek individuals with the following proven competencies:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales and metallurgical plant construction
  • A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Experience managing international teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstration, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient business-level English
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of independence, and a proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25%)
