Senior B2B Sales Executive

As a Senior B2B Account Manager, you will take charge of formulating our B2B sales approach within the DACH region, focusing on enhancing growth across your assigned customer segments. Your primary objective will be to attract new clients through strategic sales initiatives that you will develop and implement effectively. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and senior management, positioning you as a key player in the evolution of our business sector. The position is unlimited.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Independently establish and expand one of our B2B target customer segments (Interior Designers, Property Developers, Offices, Hotels).
- Craft a comprehensive strategy for customer acquisition and growth, translating this into a practical plan with measurable KPIs.
- Facilitate the expansion of the B2B sector, partnering with company leaders to realize significant B2B projects and assist in the establishment of necessary processes.
- Become the go-to expert within the company for your designated customer group.
- Devise retention and upselling strategies for your customer segment, integrating these into the overall B2B retention and upselling framework.
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Engage in discussions with Senior Leadership and prepare essential communication materials for key executives.
- Over 5 years of professional experience with a proven history in business development and Key Account Management within the B2B Furniture, Home & Living, or Lifestyle sectors.
- In-depth understanding and experience with one of the target customer segments (Interior Designers, Property Developers, Offices, Hotels).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to organize and manage complex cross-departmental projects and processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in a dynamic environment, adept at managing various topics simultaneously without sacrificing quality or efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
