As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our B2B sales strategy in the DACH region, driving growth in your designated customer segments, and collaborating with company-wide stakeholders to shape our new business area.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive growth in designated customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development and key account management in B2B furniture, home, and living, or lifestyle
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
