Marketing Research Lead

Your Responsibilities
- Attend industry conferences and monitor research initiatives from local collaborators to gather materials that the sales team can utilize to promote our media offerings.
- Ensure that the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of the created materials and provide assistance during client meetings when necessary.
- Act as the subject matter expert at RTL AdAlliance on research-related topics (e.g., audience measurement in Europe, attention economy): stay updated by attending conferences, inform senior management, and represent the company at both internal and external events.
- Oversee a working student based in Germany, responsible for collecting data from our partners, primarily for proprietary research, and utilizing audience measurement tools in Germany and Austria.
Your Profile
- Demonstrated passion for the media sector with relevant experience.
- Able to thrive in a multicultural work environment.
- Skilled in articulating complex industry topics and trends in a clear and concise manner.
- Capable of presenting to senior management effectively.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks.
- Fluent in both English and German.
Your Team
You will be part of a marketing team consisting of 8 members, with plans to expand by 2 additional members. Reporting to the Marketing Director based in Paris, the team is responsible for creating go-to-market presentations and providing valuable data and insights to clients. Although most team members are located in Paris, we operate as a truly European group, with all meetings conducted in English.
