Marketing Research Lead

Your Responsibilities
- Participate in industry conferences and monitor the research initiatives of our local collaborators to compile resources that the sales team can utilize to promote our media offerings. Ensure that the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of the materials produced and provide assistance during client engagements when necessary.
- Serve as the authority at RTL AdAlliance on research-related subjects (e.g., audience analytics in Europe, attention economy): attend conferences to stay updated, inform senior management, and represent the company at both internal and external gatherings.
- Supervise a working student located in Germany, responsible for gathering data from our partners, primarily for the TVKF proprietary research, and utilizing audience measurement tools from Germany and Austria.
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the media sector is essential, along with a genuine passion for the industry.
- Proficient in operating within a multicultural setting.
- Capable of articulating complex industry concepts and trends in a clear and concise manner.
- Competent in presenting to senior management.
- Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Your Team
You will be part of the marketing team, which currently consists of 8 members, with plans to expand by 2 additional members. You will report directly to the Marketing Director based in Paris. The marketing team is responsible for developing go-to-market presentations and providing data and insights to our clients. While most team members are based in Paris, we operate as a truly European team, and all meetings are conducted in English.
